You can ask your regular doctor for a referral to a qualified TCM practitioner in your area. You can also check with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), through writing or through their website. A licensed practitioner doesn't have to be of Oriental descent in order to become licensed and distribute herbal hemorrhoids medicine.
