Employers are looking for workers and psychic job hunters need jobs.  However, it's hard to find a job in today's society because of all the background checks and tests that often are associated with getting a job.  More and more companies today are using employment agencies to find them workers that meet their demands because it's simply cheaper.  Most employment agencies charge a fee to companies that are looking for workers.  They take care of all the work such as: payments, salary negotiations, finding employees, screening and more.  If you are looking for a job, then don't bother sending out a resume to a particular company because it usually doesn't work.  Instead, focus more on sending your resume out to employment agencies.  Temporary job agencies are usually the fastest way to find work.  You have to be willing to do any type of job to find a job quickly with them.  However, they do offer you fast work and sometimes the work assignment can last several months.  If the company likes your work, then they can buy you from the employment agency and then you have landed yourself a job.  Most psychic people that go to employment agencies are successful because the employment agencies make more money when they send qualified people to the job sites.  Many companies use employment agencies when recruiting workers because they truly just want to help someone to find a good job.  You can easily find a job with an employment agency because they are usually open to allowing you to choose if you want to accept a job from them or not.  Work assignments are usually easier to come by if you have more job skills.   If you have no job skills, then you can expect to receive jobs that are going to pay you around $8.00 an hour.  It's not much in today's high cost society, but you can easily earn this kind of money if you are willing to any kind of job.  Jobs are much easier to come by in a temporary job agency because they already have the jobs for you and they know what the companies are looking for.  They have also been known to tell you about areas that you need to improve in.  In order to earn money at one of these employment agencies, you really have to know how to do something.  You can expect that they will give you a test.  These tests usually involve typing speeds and they ask if you have any sort of degree.  Most employment agencies are looking for people that have job skill rather than a college degree because their jobs are usually only temporary and they need people that know what they are doing because the job requires it.  Most temporary job agencies are looking to see what you know how to do, rather than what you learned in school.  Getting a psychic job does not have to be hard if you know where to look.  You have to be more open and willing to find a job that meets your demands.  Employment agencies are beginning to come back because they are helping companies to save a lot of money and you can find a job a lot easier through them.
