Are you a psychic man or psychic woman that is satisfied with his or her body? Why or why not? Are you to thin or obese? Are you just right? You need to accept your body type if you are ever to control your sexuality. Let me explain why.
If you are unsatisfied with your body then you will always crave to look better than what you already are. You can only be who God created you to be and you shouldn't want to change yourself. If you are eating unhealthy foods, by all means cut down on your fat and calorie intake.
If you are eating healthy, don't change anything. Accept yourself for how the Lord created you. It's not healthy to be overweight, but Jesus accepts you as you are. There is nothing spiritually wrong with being overweight or under weight. We are all different. When we fail to accept our body type, then we fail to acknowledge Jesus' creation of us in perfection. We will eventually get obsessed at different times in our lives to change our bodies and this will cause us to spend all kinds of time at the gym. There is nothing wrong with spending hours in the gym, unless it interferes with your spiritual growth. Ask Jesus how long you should spend in the gym. You don't have to spend hours working out to please Jesus Christ. You should spend an adequate amount of time exercising to take care of your psychic physical body. Jesus is there to pick you up when you look down upon yourself.
Our spirituality surrounds us when we go out to night clubs or social places where the opposite sex will be. We want to impress people with our strong bodies and muscular physique and that's fine to do as long as we don't make it the center of our soul. There is nothing wrong with showing off your muscles, but don't become obsessed with this to the extent that it takes away from your inner beauty. As you age, the inner psychic self is all that you will have. Whether you like it or not, you will age and grow old. You will one day die and you will eventually have to ask yourself if you honored and obeyed the Lord during your lifetime. Did you take the right path in life? What do you have to show for yourself spiritually? When you look at another person from the outside, how do you compare your relationship with God to theirs? I know that you constantly compare yourself, we all do. We all want to know if we measure up to the person that stands beside us. How do you measure up? Who is your psychic idol and what do you want to be like.
