I know how it can be to hang out with your psychic friends on a Friday night, "bumping and grinding" on the dance floor. Sure, you are around people, but you feel alone inside. I know how you feel because I've been there.
Prophets even got it harder because they have to be good role models and often avoid going into bars and clubs because they feel like it's out of context to their calling. However, loneliness is still with them if they are single and looking for a mate.
I presently know prophets that are living promiscuous closeted lives and being poor shepherds to their followers. They know it's wrong to teach people that sex outside of marriage only hurts your insides and that committing these acts will only destroy your spirit. They are living and teaching a double standard. If you're a prophet and not living what you're preaching, then step down from your position and correct your behavior. Discipline yourself and start teaching people again. If you are a poor example for others to follow, then you could be in violation of God's spiritual laws.
You don't want other's to follow you into sin if you are trying to get out of darkness yourself. Don't try to convince yourself that you won't get caught. Many great televangelists have fallen sexually and mislead the body of Christ. Let them be an example to you.
Give God your entire heart. When you give the Lord first place in your life, you will sense God's presence all over your body and spirit.
In life, you will continue to experience high sex drives at different times. Sometimes you will not need intimacy for weeks and then all of a sudden, you will get horny and seek out sexual fulfillment. It will "hit you like a ton of bricks" and you will need to control your sex drive before it controls you.
I know how tough it can be to feel sexual urges for someone and be true to Jesus Christ at the same time. I know that our desires sometimes burn within our hearts and lust often controls our inner ability to become whole.
