Many psychics are known for keeping a diary.  This is because the psychic life can be a lonely one for anyone that is psychic.  The diary helps a psychic to unravel their past while creating a new future for themselves.  It's important for a psychic to keep a diary on a daily basis because it helps to ensure them that they are walking in the right direction.  Sometimes a psychic diary can help someone to find what they are looking for just by typing or writing something out.  Your thoughts have great power and sometimes a diary can help you to reflect upon your past to create a more positive future for yourself.  You don't have to worry about the past in order to find the past.  What you need to do is reflect upon the past when you need to the most.

You psychic energy is something that people need and it's something that you should be able to tackle in this lifetime.  Giving away your energy to people is the proper way of giving love.  When you give something away, you are actually giving a deep part of yourself and the love will just continue to flow out of you.
