We must get rid of the psychic sprits in our lives that come against the work of Jesus Christ.  We don't need to be controlled by these spirits in any way, shape or form.  The only control that our life needs is the controlling power of God and our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.  It's true that only the Lord can change our hearts and Jesus has the power to kick the demons out of our spirits.  We don't need to live under their psychic control. 

It's always necessary to become reborn in the Lord.  Some of us need to take a course in becoming a Christian 101.  I got saved at the age of 13 as I stated in this book, but I fell into sin all through my twenties.  Don't you think that I needed to be reborn?  I think that you would say yes. 

We must learn to put on the armor of Jesus Christ and our belts of righteousness and fight for Jesus in spirit and in truth. 

If you read the scriptures in Acts 8:1-3, we see that Saul was a murdering and angry man.  He murdered Christians and wasn't a nice guy at all.  When we look at Acts 22:1-22 and 26:1-29, we see Saul as a changed man through Jesus Christ because he accepted salvation.  That's what happens when we get saved.  We go from what we used to be, into a whole new being because the word of the Lord begins to take charge of our lives.

James 4:7 says, "Submit yourselves, then to God.  Resist the devil and he will flee from you."  The scripture is clearly telling us that if we resist Satan enough, he will eventually leave.  For some who are involved in sexual addiction, it may seem impossible because no matter what you do, you can't change to become a better person or a follower of the Bible.  You need to discipline your life more and fast if you want to make the devil flee from you.  There may be no other way.  It sometimes takes lots of suffering.  However, Paul the apostle had to suffer for Jesus a lot.  Do you remember when Paul and Silas were thrown in prison for preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ as stated in Acts 16:22-34?  Did they give up and say, forget this garbage, I'm going to tell the security guard that I give up and I won't preach the gospel anymore.  The apostle didn't say this.  He instead waited upon the Lord and as the scripture declares, there was an earthquake that shook the ground and the jail cell opened up.  The guard fell to his feet and when he awoke, he was about to kill himself, but Paul stopped him. Paul won the guard that day because the guard was about to kill himself, but Paul stopped him and the guard became a Christian that day.
